Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Each product is handmade with care, which means a little extra time is needed to ensure the best quality. Shipping times apply after processing and will vary based on the method selected at checkout.

Pickup & Delivery

We currently offer local pickup in Pooler, GA (free) and local delivery for a flat fee of $5 in Pooler and $10 in Savannah. Deliveries are made on Fridays (4–7 p.m.) and Sundays (2–4 p.m.). Exact pickup details will be provided once your order is complete.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us using the contact us form and our team will be happy to assist.
